Can't access Internet over 3G/4G

Hello all,

Recent, I have been installed HMA Pro VPN on my Iphone, then I have been uninstalled it, and removed VPN config from Profile. You can see it on the photo below

After that, I can't access the Internet by 3G/4G but if I want use Internet, I have to install HMA VPN again and turn on it.

Note: I connect Iphone to Laptop (hotspot), no need set up VPN on Iphone, the laptop is work ok and Iphone is not.

I used Iphone 6S Plus IOS 12.1.2

Please help me to fix.
