Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I’ve been trying to get my daughter iPhone past the lock. It’s asking for the iCloud and password but I can’t seem to remember her password and neither does she! I’ve tried answering security question but it’s not taking the Birthday
If you can't reset the account's password (can you not do it via email ?) : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
