suddenly unable to send or receive group messages

I'm suddenly unable to either send or receive text messages from a group from which I have many times in the past. This is on both my iPhone and my iPad, both of which I have successfully sent and received messages with the same group in the past. I can send/receive texts from the individuals, just not the group.

I can’t receive group messages on my iPhone 6 Plus I can send group messages, but can’t receive them. It was all of a sudden 2 days ago. Same groups, everyone has the same number, but I can’t see their responses. I am updated to version 13.3 and MMS and Group Messaging are both on (green).

My group messages are being sent individually I recently had an issue with my iPhone X when I sent a group message it went out individually. Later that day it was back working. Two days later I upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro Max and now I can’t send or receive group sms messages. The group message has android and iPhone users in it but I’ve never had a problem sending a group message until recently and my boss is going crazy. Please help!!!

Group Texting not working I cannot send or receive group messages - only one person at a time - I cannot send and receive group texts - only works for one single person, two or more on one text message and it fails.

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If the link above doesn't help, then you need to contact your cell phone provider as MMS is their feature.
