my icloud email may be hacked

In my junk mail box I received mail failure notification that recipient's mailbox is full. But I never sent that email and I don't recognize that email address. I never seen anything like that before. Does it mean my email may be hacked and someone sending email from my name? What can I do? Please help

As a precaution, change your Apple ID password. Email addresses can be spoofed, so whoever used it may not actually have access to your Apple ID.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
