Problem with subscription

Could you please help me cancel the subscription Premium? I can’t do this by myself (please see screen). And every day I receive message on my e-mail about unsuccessful paid. But I don’t want to use this application, I want cancel this subscription. Thank you

Some apps and services offer subscription-based access to their content. These subscriptions will automatically renew until you choose to cancel them.

Subscriptions that renew automatically include:

  • In-app subscriptions for content or services (HBO NOW, Spotify, Pandora, Hulu, etc.)
  • Apple Music and Apple News+
