iPhone backup problem

I have been trying to back up my phone for hours and it isn’t working. I can’t back it up to a computer because my charging port is messed up. I’m very frustrated

It looks like you're implying you are attempting to back up to iCloud.


If so, try it while the iPhone plugged in and on Wi-Fi.


Settings > [Your Apple ID] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Back Up Now
