I recently went to Settings>Safari and chose to clear my history and website data. I didn't know that it would delete all my tabs, and I have multiple I would like to get back. I have Safari synced to iCloud, is there any way to get those tabs back either through Apple or a third-party program
If you cleared the history, there isn't a record of what web sites were in the tabs. The cleared history should have synced to iCloud and removed the data there.
I not sure that this is possible, but synchronizing might take a few moments.
So, ASAP, use another device that is associated to the same Apple ID, and then disable the Wi-Fi. Click on it. Drag the URL in the Address bar to the Desktop.
Or, create a new bookmark from each item in the history. It’s worth a go.
In the history Menu of Safari, you'd see it right there.
Open Safari, then Go To: History > Recently Closed

In the history menu of the other device, click on “Show All History”.
It would show the Web lists on the Left Column and the Address in the Right Column.
