I have someones number blocked on my phone so they cannot call me or text me, but now they are sending me emails. Their phone number followed by @vzwpix.com. I have tried setting up different email filters but it still manages to come to my email. Is it possible not to see the emails at all?

No. Email doesn't work that way.
Yes, this can be blocked on a Mac.
I have used here MS Outlook for Mac with Version 16.26
Outlook > Preferences > Junk [See the Pic below]
