Apps not working

Hi can anyone help me out? I have apps on my iPad that are not working. I have tried updating, uninstalling/reinstalling, and restarting it but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

How recently was your iPad Mini upgraded and what iOS version was it upgraded from?

Older 32-bit apps that have not been updated in the last 4-5 years no longer work any longer on new 64-bit software/hardware , like iOS 11, 12 and the up and coming iOS 13/iPadOS and any other future iOS versions.
