Front facing camera suddenly does not work

It does not work in the camera app, snapchat, insta, the front facing flashlight doesn't even work, going on almost 2 weeks now. I did a "settings reset" and even did a factory reset. Phone is obviously less than a year old, is this a warranty issue?
