Phone calling
I am unable to hear when someone calls me and they are unable to hear me. I can’t hit the speaker button. What would be wrong?

If people can’t hear you, are you using a cover that could be covering or interfering with the mic on the phone? What do you mean you can’t hit the speaker button? What happens when you try to tap it?
