Siri’s hearing
While playing music Siri doesn’t hear me invoke her with Hey Siri why?

I called Apple Support about this. I was told that they need to have a separate microphone added because the music when played
is louder than your voice that’s why she can’t hear you. So now you have to turn down the music to get her to listen to you. Or press the home button to invoke her. Apple needs to address this because soon all states will be hands free and then there will be touching the phone.
