I got an old iPad mini repaired, but it still has my old apple ID on it, and I can't remember the old password to sign out of it. Any ideas? Thanks

If the iPad is activation locked, you will need to recover the password before you can remove activation lock.

If necessary, If you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
