How do I transfer my files from my Samsung to the iPhone? Normally I can just using Bluetooth with other Android phones. Third party apps are complete garbage and don't work.

With iphones the master location for music is always a laptop with itunes which you sync with. The phone contains a “copy”.

What files are you trying to transfer? You cannot connect an iPhone to an Android device via Bluetooth for file transfer. And the files app is minimal when it comes to files on the iPhone. You can only transfer certain file types. An explanation of what you are attempting to transfer would help.
