Power Nap on Mac

Hello,

Yesterday I received a hard drive to use as a time machine backup but I don't want my laptop to be on all the time. I searched how I could put my laptop to sleep and the backup keep going. I searched around until I found the Power Nap thingy. But whenever I go into energy saver there is no Power Nap option. I have a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 13". Could It be that it is too old? There is some pictures below of it not being there. Btw I am macOS Mojave (10.14.5).
