Apple Pay doesn’t open

Hi all,


Since à few weeks, I can’t open Apple Pay with double tap on the side button, nothing shows up anymore. It’s was working like a charm before.

now I have to open wallet and choose a card but I experience big issue with wallet too, takes a very long time to open ( blank screen sometimes), settings of Apple Pay and even App Store take sometimes minutes to open !

in the end, I just can’t use Apple Pay anymore it’s very frustrating.


Anyone experiencing the same ?

Hello, did you try going into settings and checking to see if the double tap feature was turned on? Settings>wallet & Apple Pay>turn on Double-click side button. If it is on, turn it off and then turn it back on.
