Upgrading iCloud Storage
Is there any way to upgrade your icloud storage using your apple credit from the app store?

Normally, all payments will be deducted from your account balance in the App Store/iTunes before your credit card is charged. Since it is a subscription, you are required to have a credit card on file in case your account balance isn't enough to cover the monthly payment.
