Hi fiveways1,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I see that Safari is returning no search results on your iPhone, and I’d love to share some information that should help.
First, I recommend checking to see if Restrictions are enabled on your device since this feature can prevent Safari websites from loading as expected. To check, open Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Settings > Content Restrictions > Web Content.
Next, head in to Settings > Safari, then review your settings there to be sure that Search Engine Suggestions and Safari Suggestions are enabled. You might also consider tapping on Clear History and Website Data on that screen to refresh your browsing history.
From there, try connecting to another reliable network to rule out a connectivity issue. I also recommend taking steps 1-3 here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open. Forcing the app to close, restarting your iPhone, and checking for updates often resolve many unique issues.
If the issue persists, try resetting all of your device settings back to the factory state. Keep in mind this will revert all settings that you've customized or changed (including things like your wallpaper and alarms). This means you may need to reconfigure some of those settings including network settings (so be sure you have your Wi-Fi password handy).
Before completing this step, back up your device. You can learn more about backing up your data and settings here: About backups for iOS devices. When you’re ready go to Settings > General > Reset and choose Reset All Settings. Let us know how that goes.
Have a great day.
