When I start dailling the Signal drop until to no service. And I can’t receiving and calling to someone. Is it the antenna problem? My iPhone still on warranty...

Since, as you stated, it is still covered by warranty, I would have your device inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options: Apple – Location Selector
