Are you using Maps on your iPhone and have a destination set? That sounds like what you would see for directions. It is telling you to turn in the direction of the arrow.
An app on Apple Watch is using location services.
Hi, I get a symbol that isn’t explained in that support article.
Its a small white arrow pointing up then right.
It sits on top of “12 o clock” where for example the red dot for notifications also shows up.
What is this?

Hi thanks for your insights.
Had to contact apple support and seems to be a bug. Had no app at all running on either watch or iPhone. Reset made it go away.
