I can’t trust some app

After update my phone, the device management disappeared. How can I return that?

This item is no longer available I keep getting a pop up warning saying This item is no longer available. My phone has also been redownloading apps that I have deleted as well as redownloading updates that I had already downloaded. I have tried signing out and signing back in to the App Store (as well as forcing the phone off), I have also tried signing out of the App Store and leaving it signed out, none of which worked. Apple community responses to this question on Mac OS seem to say that its related to the Apple ID not matching the one originally used but I only have one Apple ID and its the one I’m currently logged in with. The phone is an up to date Apple SE 2020 running iOS 14.6.

You need to contact the IT department or whoever put the device management profile on the device.
