Apple Watch series 4 not tracking my calories

I’ve had my apple watch since December and it’s worked fine but a couple days ago i put it on to go for a run and it didn’t track my calories, but it tracked everything else fine, I’m still having the issue, and don’t know what to do to fix it

Try a reset by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
