I wanna have a refund

I logged in again in my old account, and I put a debit card, and immediately, apple charged me for a game, I don’t know why. When I searched how to get a refund, It says that i have to report a problem, but when I do it, it doesn’t do anything, because of this

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Purchases are considered final as you know, but as well as the 'report a problem' page (you've tried on your computer ?) to contact iTunes Support, you can try contacting them via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
