Restoring deleted zip file

I want to restore deleted .zip file

I deleted this file from trash

Now I want to restore it

In iCloud.com I clicked ling in futter "Restore files"

In modal I see spinner and row that says "Found 440 files to restore", but spinner running infinite.

Give instructions or help me to restore my data😇
