Payment

I’ve been trying to buy more things for my Harry Potter game and I keep getting that message that my payment wasn’t processed to contact support. This happens every couple of times and it’s quite annoying

What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ? If you haven't contacted them as instructed to do : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
