How can I receive all text that are sent and received on my child’s iPhone?

You cannot. Each account linked to each AppleID is private so you would need to use your child’s account instead of your own to receive their iMessages. And if you mean their SMS messages, those are handled by the carrier based on cellular telephone number, so again, no way for a different cell number to eavesdrop on another.
