iTunes LP won't play
I purchased the Beatles box set, as iTunes LP. When I click play, it won't play ... it does nothing. All I get is the image of the album, but that doesn't do me any good.

Did it work on this computer previously? What do expect to see on the opening page of the iTunes LP? Your could try Repair security permissions for iTunes for Mac - Apple Community in case that has any effect. You could also try dropping the iTunes LP file into the Automatically Add to iTunes folder which might get it to refresh all of its internal pointers at the risk of making a duplicate entry in your library.

So the iTunes LP never opens at all, or it opens but then isn't functional? One thing you could try is holding down option+cmd as you launch iTunes which will open it in safe mode. That may get it to rebuild internal indexes etc.

iTunes LP has been discontinued, that could be the issue.
What iTunes version are you using?
Do you recall when it worked last and if you've done anything in between like moving your library around? I don't have that particular box set, but the iTunes LP for Daft Punk's Random Access Memories is functioning properly in the current version of iTunes in Windows. I cannot test in Mojave right now as that partition on my Mac seems to have become unstable.

When you click on the iTunes LP button, it takes you to another screen, with the Album cover, and links to play song. Click the link, and nothing happens. This happens only with iTunes LP, and nothing else.
Thanks for the suggestion, but that's not it. It plays other tunes, but specifically, anything that was downloaded with iTunes LP, will not play.
I bought it a while ago, and I got it with the standard iTunes player (not iTunes Match).

But it shouldn't prevent you from playing something that you paid for.
Haven't used it in a while, so I can't remember. At least a couple of years.

Are all the individual tracks of the box set downloaded to your computer or is any of that content shown as being in the cloud?
