Problem with purchase
I tried to purchase something on a game and it keeps telling me to come here to this site to fix it but everything else it purchases fine I just want to know why it won’t let me purchase from that one game please

It's not telling you to come here, these are user forums, to contact iTunes Support as instructed to do :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
