Resetting Apple ID security question

You can also try at the website https://iforgot.apple.com, or if you're signed in on an iPhone, iPad, iPod, you can go to settings > Tap on you name at the top > Password & security > Reset security questions. You can also use the Find My iPhone App to reset your security questions, when it asks you to sign in below in green it says, "Forgot Apple ID or password" tap here and follow the prompt to reset security questions.

I find writing down the attempts you have tried helps. If an orange or red box appears, then your answer doesn't match what you put down when setting up the account.
