video playback is way too fast

I have never had such issue before, my 2011 imac has never had this issue. my Macbook Pro, running Mojave, doesn't have this issue.

but on my Imac Pro, Sometimes out of nowhere, the playback from a video, starts to speed up a lot. To the point that it exceeds the Time limit by LITERALLY A Day. Here is a screenshot of it.

Yeah, like seriously. I Start playing the clip at 00:00 and instantly it jumps to that.

It doesn't just occur with Youtube, it occurs with every single video format out there. Even video editing software like the adobe cc package. Except for Quicktime Player, with Quicktime player it does instantly jump to the end, but without exceeding the time limit.

This problem is Instantly resolved by restarting my computer. But after like a week or more, the problem comes back.

If anyone has any suggestion of how to fix this issue, Please tell me. I Cannot find anything about this problem, and i even already got an expert in IT To look at it without result.
