Change iCloud from old Apple ID to new Apple ID & sign out of iCloud

I have changed my Apple ID but for my iCloud it still shows the old Apple ID. Signing into Apple ID gives no option. I do not see where I can update, change, or even sign out of my iCloud ID - it just redirects to Apple ID. Help!
