blank itunes store

I need to fix a payment issue on my iTunes account. I am logged into iTunes on my Mac, but I cannot view any of my account information, nor can I access the iTunes store. It is a black screen with Accessing iTunes Store listed in the toolbar. My OS is Mojave and up to date. I've already tried to reinstall it. I've signed in and our of my iTunes account. I've deauthorized and reauthorized my Mac. I've shut down iTunes and reopened several times. I've shut down and restarted my Mac several times. All of this to no avail. I continue getting the black iTunes Store.


Is there a way for me to download just iTunes?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.14

I understand from your post that you have not been able to update your payment information because you are receiving a blank screen in iTunes when trying to view your Account information. I recommend testing the issue while in safe mode as directed in the article below:
