Apple Watch Cannot Re-pair with iPhone

I have the same problem as many people, but on watchOS 6 it gets complicated with my series 3. The watch cannot connect to iPhone for syncing new apps, watch faces, settings and (etc.) I tried erasing all data but it was a mess. When I repaired it, it just says every time

"Pairing Failed(internal alert) Please file a Pairing radar with sysdiagnose, both. the 📱and ⌚️."

My apple watch and phone cannot connect after initial pairing is completed Hello My watch and iphone were no longer connected and I un-paired them and when I try the pairing process it cannot connect with my watch and goes back to the initial screen showing "Start Pairing" . I have tried with restore from backups and as a new watch. Neither process were successful. What should I do? Thanks Diane

I already tried this and other methods so I erased all data on Apple Watch. Now the software is in factory condition so when I tried to pair it, it just said

"Pairing Failed(internal alert) Please file a Pepper Pairing radar with a sysdiagnose, both. the 📱and ⌚️"

My one is bought in Singapore and it happened 1 week after I arrived in china for a vacation.
