Error when attempting to downgrade from Catalina (10.15) to Mojave
Followed the 'Shift' 'Option' 'Command' "r" to downgrade and received the “apple.com/support - 2002F message. 2018 Mac Mini. Thx!

That means you are not getting a good connection to the Apple servers.
If you are using WiFi, try connecting directly with an ethernet cable.
Ensure your date and time are correct, set them with a time server if available.
Try a different network, if possible.
