Auto answer when in the car

How do I select auto answer only when connected to my car Bluetooth system, and not all the time?

iPhone 7, iOS 12

you would have to manually select it and change it each time. I have a button on my steering wheel that allows me to answer or reject calls. If your car has bluetooth it may have those buttons.
