loops not in project exported from iOS to macOS Garageband

I created a project on my iPad and saved it to icloud in GarageBand iOS. when I open it on my Mac all the instruments are there but the loops are not, its like a new, blank project. I've tried everything and have downloaded all available content from the 'sound library' on both devices. I'm running ios12.4 on the iPad pro and Mac OS 10.14.5 on the MacBook Pro.

Any thoughts? Any help would be much appreciated!

what a dumb dumb! just worked it out. I had to record the live loops which converted them to track view form which intern enables you to view them in MacOS.

Extremely satisfying to work it out for myself!
