Adding current Unidays student Apple Music

I have a new iPhone and need to add my Unidays Apple music to the account. Apple music automatically uses to your AppleID which was not used to set up the Unidays account. Unidays requires your school email. How do I connect my Unidays account to apple music on my new phone?

Since I already have a Unidays account, they will not allow me to re-authorize the same account on the new phone. I do not want to continue to be charged for music that I am not receiving and I also really want to have my music.
