Best way is to try it and see. However, if you record the Galaxy video in H.264 codec there's a good chance that you can import them directly into iMovie. I've not used a Galaxy S 10e, so can't be sure. If they won't import directly into iMovie, you could import them to your desktop and convert the videos to Mp4/AAC that is supported by iMovie. From there you should be able to drag them into iMovie. You can use the free download, Handbrake, to do the conversion. Again, I am speculating, not having used the S 10e. So don't base your decision to purchase a Galaxy phone on my comments.

Hello andeolumoroti.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

If I'm understanding correctly, you would like to know how to import videos from your Android device to your MacBook Pro. I will be glad to assist.

Check out the steps below from the following resource:

Move content manually from your Android device to your iOS device

Photos and videos

To move photos and videos from your Android device to your iOS device, use a computer with iTunes:

  1. Connect your Android to your computer and find your photos and videos. On most devices, you can find these files in DCIM > Camera. On a Mac, install Android File Transfer, open it, then go to DCIM > Camera.
  2. Choose the photos and videos that you want to move and drag them to a folder on your computer.
  3. Disconnect your Android and connect your iPhone to your computer.

Cheers.
