I was cleaning up my bookmarks and dropped an entire folder of WEBLOC files on my desktop on the way to the trash. Now I can't delete the folder or any of the files within the folder. The folder is not locked. Any ideas?

Hi! The problem has been solved. I did a few things at once, I'm not really sure what did the trick, but I think some processes were running in the background preventing me from deleting them. I closed Safari and then I was able delete them. Thank you!

Can you describe what happens when you attempt to delete those files? For instance, are you getting a specific alert when you try to delete those files?
