iPhone x won't charge, and won't turn on

hi! My iPhone X suddenly shut down when plugged into a Ravpower powerbank. i tried the Force Restart Process, nothing happened. when I plugged the phone into a wall charger using original iPhone cable and adapter, it didn't charge.
