The app Duo

I installed the Duo app which lets me face time with family members who have droid phones. The problem I’m having is, I cannot retrieve video messages they leave me on duo. How can I correct this? I send them video messages too and they can’t get them. Yet our live face to face always goes through.

YouTube videos or any other videos we could see each other screen but soon as one of us plays a movie, the person who sharing the screen see the movie but the person on the other side can not see the video. How can I face time 3 iPhones with the same Apple ID?? I have 13 pro and my elder daughter have iPhone 8 and my younger daughter have iPhone 6. All 3 devices are using my Apple ID. How can I face time each other using one Apple ID??

I would suggest contacting the app developer for help with that.
