Shattered Watch / No display

My watch recently was dropped on the ground and the screen shattered. The LED appears to be damaged because only one line lights up on the screen. Is this reparable or do I just need to get a new watch? Pictures attached. Thank you!

Take it to an Apple store and ask them. If you cannot get to a stop call Apple Support and ask.
