I am running iTunes 12.9.5.7 on a windows 10 pc. I am backing up 2 ipads and an iPhone. I cannot find the backups on my pc, though when I look in iTunes Preferences/Devices, it shows all the devices having been backed up today. Where are the backups? I looked in:
C:\\users\username\appdata\roaming\apple computer\mobilesync\backup
but the folder is empty. Please help!
