Apple Music Subscription

Hello,

I had 3 months free Apple Music trial and I wanted to change my region so I can download an app from the US store and in order to do that I had to cancel my subscription ( used less than a week ). I wanted to activate it again and my trial was gone. I paid for 1 month but I was wondering if I can get my 3 months free back?
