Is there any way to change the name that it shows when you sign into games?

Changing Game Center Profile Names in iOS

Open the “Settings” app on the iPhone or iPad
Go to “Game Center” and scroll down, then tap on your current username shown under ‘GAME CENTER PROFILE’
Sign into the Apple ID associated with the Game Center account (yes this is the same as the iTunes and App Store login)
Tap your current nickname to bring about the keyboard, delete the existing name, and enter your new name
Choose “Done” when satisfied to set the Game Center name as your new nickname
Exit out of Settings
