2nd Gen iPod Touch

It has suddenly stopped working. It won't power on, even when plugged in to a power source. It has never given me a minutes trouble and I treat it with utmost care. Is it fixable or just "done?"

Battery may have failed.

Bring your iPod Touch into your nearest, “local” Apple Store for diagnosis, evaluation and potential options.
