My Iphone SE has a hairline crack which kind of damage should to be cover by the warranty.
But at the hungarian Iphone service I got a negative answer, because -according to their opinion- there is a little, almost invisible half-millimeter expansion somewhere at the middle of the hairline crack. It's maybe a pretext? What can I do? I attached an image of the crack.
If the crack was caused by accidental damage then it is not covered by the warranty. Doesn't matter how small it is. The expansion in the middle of the crack would be evidence the the crack was done externally.
I don't think anybody here has the resources to provide you with special contact information. We are users like you and simply do not know that. Call Apple and ask keep asking to speak with somebody higher up. However, they may just tell you to take it to an Apple Store for assessment or to send it to them using the link I provided earlier.
You can try taking it to a different store and see if they come up with a different conclusion.

The services would to avoid the warranty repairs and the examining transit times are too long.
There isn't a direct contact to the Iphone Central Customer Service?
Because according to me this hairline crack just covered by warranty.
According to this warranty information part, I think my Iphone damage should be repaired for free. But with who can I contact in this case? (I want to find a correct service.)
