bogus email

i received an email that looked like legitimately from Apple iTunes for a purchase of warriors of water deep for $ 29.95. i did not purchase this, at the bottom of the attachment it allowed me to click on

Having a Problem with this transaction? Report a problem or cancel so i clicked on it and entered my ID and password. Then it sent me to another screen that wanted all my personal information to include my Social Security # at that point I thought it bogus.. So I got out and went to change my password. I'm just hoping i changed my password soon enough to not allow them to get into my account. Nothing has hit my credit card account. is there anything else I need to do or watch for to assure I haven't been compromised? please help I am concerned

You did the correct thing when you reset your password. Do you by any chance have Two Factor Authentication enabled on your account? Two Factor sends a verification code when you sign into your account. If you haven't enabled Two Factor, you may want to consider doing so. It provides the most security for your Apple ID account. To enable Two Factor, go to settings>name>password and security>turn on Two Factor.
