Transfer money from Apple Pay to debit card in wallet

I added my debit card to my wallet. When I tried to transfer money from my Apple Pay card to my debit card, it does not show my debit card keeps asking me to add a new card. What am I missing?

Is it a Visa card? Transfer money from Apple Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
