why does imovie export videos so slow?
took ages to save a 5 min video and i badly need it so much !,,

Also, although it is not too common, it is possible that you might need to reset your System Management Controller. Slow performance can be a symptom of that. Fortunately it is very easy to do. Here's a link that explains how, and also provides a list of things to try before resetting the SMC:
